QI Education and Learning

Quality Improvement is about "Getting it right for People, First Time, Every Time" through improving the way services are delivered to achieve safe, effective, patient-centred, timely, equitable, and efficient patient care.

The resources below aim to improve your understanding of Quality Improvement through access to e-Learning modules, information sources and further education institutions to help identify and develop the knowledge and skills required to effectively contribute to improving healthcare.

A Quality Improvement Programme developed by NHS Education for Scotland is available on learnPro which can be accessed on the CPD tab. The modules can also be accessed on the NHSScotland QI HUB . The modules provide access to e-learning resources across a range of quality related topics including an awareness of quality improvement through to building a quality culture.
